About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP HR Tester to join a high-performing delivery team. In this role, you will support the validation, assurance, and quality control of SAP HR solutions across key modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.

You will play a critical role in ensuring HR processes and system functionality meet business, legislative, and solution design requirements, working closely with both functional and technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship with active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance(NV1 preferred)
  • Proven experience testing SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll)
  • Experience working in large-scale ERP or transformation program
Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end testing across SAP HR modules
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and traceability to requirements
  • Validate HR configuration, process flows, and outputs against business and legislative rules
  • Support integration, system, regression, and UAT cycles
  • Perform data validation, payroll calculations, and reporting checks
  • Participate in defect triage and coordination with functional and technical teams
  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with HR policies and compliance
  • Support cutover and post-go-live validation activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in testing and QA practices
Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and payroll rules(Australian payroll desirable)
  • Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Ability to interpret functional specifications and create detailed test cases
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ALM, or similar tools(desirable)
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or hybrid HR environments(desirable)
