About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an IDAM/GRC Lead Architect to leverage advanced SAP Security expertise and help clients navigate complex business challenges. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and testing secure SAP systems, with a particular focus on GRC Access Controls. This is a long-term, multi-year contract offering exposure to cutting-edge technology and the chance to work with multidisciplinary teams on internationally significant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and testing of secure SAP systems, focusing on GRC Access Controls.
- Deliver complex Identity Management solutions across multiple project lifecycles.
- Integrate IDM solutions with HR systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and present effective solutions.
- Drive resolution of defects and issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships and deliver high-profile activities to tight timescales.
- Extensive SAP IdM & GRC experience, including at least 4 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Proven experience with complex Identity Management solutions and integration with HR solutions.
- Comprehensive T-SQL and JavaScript skills.
- Hands-on experience with SCIM and LDAP technologies.
- Experience integrating IDM with HANA, Active Directory, SCIM, LDAP, BO, Identity Provisioning Service, and Identity Authentication Service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions to meet business needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities to tight timescales.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Applicants must have an active NV1 AGSVA clearance.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Client relationship and engagement capabilities.
- Willingness to take on challenges in new areas and at new clients.
- Team lead or project management aspirations, with a drive to develop as a functional consultant.
