SAS Campaign Manager & Integration Specialist – Customer Intelligence 360

About the client:
Our client is a leading organisation driving innovation in multichannel marketing and customer engagement. This role is pivotal in orchestrating and optimising campaigns using SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

About the role:
We are seeking a SAS Campaign Manager & Integration Specialist to design, build, and execute multichannel marketing campaigns. You’ll lead the integration of SAS CI 360 with Salesforce CRM, manage migration projects from Adobe Campaign, and leverage advanced segmentation and AI-powered insights to deliver personalised customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage multichannel campaigns (email, web, mobile, social) using SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
• Create, schedule, and automate marketing workflows for streamlined operations.
• Lead integration between SAS CI 360 and Salesforce CRM.
• Manage migration from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360, including mapping, validation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Utilise advanced segmentation and AI insights to optimise customer journeys.
• Troubleshoot campaign execution and data integration issues.
• Prepare documentation and training materials for user adoption.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and SAS platform enhancements.

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management, with strong expertise in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
• Hands-on experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM.
• Proven experience leading migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360 or similar.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey orchestration and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in workflow building, data segmentation, and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills:
• SAS certification or relevant technical training.
• Experience with data privacy compliance and real-time marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of additional CRM or marketing cloud platforms.
• Agile project management experience.
