We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a complex technology delivery program. Working closely with project and program teams, you will be responsible for schedule management, critical path analysis, scenario planning, governance reporting, and delivery coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyse integrated project schedules.
- Perform schedule health checks, variance analysis, and "what-if" scenario modelling.
- Support project delivery governance, RAID management, and status reporting.
- Coordinate with program managers, vendors, and technical teams.
- Produce executive-level dashboards, milestone reporting, and planning artefacts.
- Demonstrated experience using Deltek OPP to build and manage complex project schedules.
- Experience with Jira and translating project schedules into Agile delivery plans, epics, and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project/program scheduling within large-scale enterprise or transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex scheduling information to senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting PMO, project, or program management functions, including RAID management and governance reporting.
- Experience working within multi-vendor or complex technology delivery environments.
