About the role
We are looking for a Scrum Master / Iteration Manager / Agile Delivery Lead with experience supporting multiple parallel squads. The role drives delivery outcomes, enables team performance, and ensures work aligns to business priorities across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Ensure smooth delivery: manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate business outcomes → features → user stories and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Track delivery progress, manage WIP, and maintain transparency for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, team collaboration, and value realisation.
- Support release planning, prioritisation, and alignment with broader program timelines.
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years as Scrum Master, Iteration Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Experience leading multiple digital delivery teams.
- Strong delivery leadership: planning, facilitation, tracking, and delivery governance.
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and team capacity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Desirable Attributes-
- Experience in Energy & Utilities
- Experience in data science and machine learning delivery programs.
- Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICP)
