About the role
You will provide security architectural advice and strategies to the Branch, enabling projects delivering complex ICT systems in secure and classified environments. You will need to be able to support business analysts, system engineers, solution architects, and other security specialists to design and recommend solutions that are compliant with Australian and international security compliance frameworks.
Role Responsibilities
- Developing architectural products and artefacts to support project deliverables and the project outcomes.
- Developing security documentation to support authorisation activities.
- Developing project deliverables that require security expertise.
- Extensive technical solution architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering expert advice and recommended courses of action and ICT solutions for any risks or issues raised.
The successful candidate will need highly effective negotiation and communications skills and a strong background in information security, compliance assessments, and strong skills in conducting risk assessments for new technologies and capabilities.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current TSPV Security Clearance. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
