About the Role
We are partnering with a leading Australian superannuation provider to source an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a high-impact digital transformation program. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on contact centre and CRM solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements elicitation
- Work closely with architects and technical teams to design and implement solutions
- Support end-to-end delivery, including testing, release, and post go-live support
- Ensure solutions align with long-term strategic business goals
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally 10+ years
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies
- Exposure to contact centre environments, ideally Amazon Connect
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working across integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Work on a large-scale digital transformation
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong daily rate
- Open to Working Holiday Visa holders and candidates without local experience
