Whizdom is partnering with a leading organisation to find an experienced Business Analyst for a high-impact Cyber Security program. This is a great opportunity to work across stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, procurement support, testing, and implementation in a structured project delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver business analysis services in line with a formal project delivery framework.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate business needs into technical outcomes that support solution design and delivery.
- Support design reviews, vendor evaluations, and procurement activities.
- Assist with testing and implementation, including UAT planning, defect resolution, change management, and user training.
- Maintain clear, high-quality project documentation throughout the engagement.
- Strong business analysis experience across complex ICT or cyber projects.
- Proven ability to produce Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience mapping current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Ability to support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
- Experience supporting UAT, solution validation, defect triage, and sign-off activities.
- Procurement and vendor support experience, including RFP/RFQ input, vendor evaluation criteria, comparative analysis, and clarification support.
- Prior experience on Cyber Security projects is highly desirable.
