About the Role
As a Business Analyst, working with one of their Big 4 banking clients, you will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements and providing innovative solutions for IT systems.
You will:
- Investigate and analyse business problems or opportunities which contribute to improvements in business processes, policies and information systems;
- Model the current ‘as-is’ and future ‘to-be’ processes, which form the basis for process redesign and improvements in Treasury;
- Liaise with Treasury stakeholders/customers to elicit, prioritise, validate and document requirements, which form the basis of change to business processes, policies or systems.
Experience Required
- Good Treasury domain experience
- Experience with Mortgages & or Deposits business/products preferred
- Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Good knowledge of Trading Life Cycle management related business processes
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience having defined requirements and processes for implementation in leading product systems like MSS, LIS, Trading Bank and Hogan Systems
- Knowledge of and experience in the use of Microsoft Co-Pilot or similar AI tool in identifying data models and data flow within an application. Ability to use tools to stream line and increase efficiency of the BA process.
