Role Overview
The Senior .NET Developer (Technical Lead) leads specialized Level 3 and Level 4 application sustainment and enhancement activities for a suite of secure engineering tools.
This role is critical for maintaining mission-focused capabilities, resolving systemic failures, and ensuring compliance with the Information Security Manual (ISM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Level 3 and 4 application support, involving code-level analysis, system patches, and root cause analysis for systemic failures.
- Design and develop Major Enhancements(30+ days effort) strictly adhering to a sequential Waterfall Solution Development Methodology.
- Maintain application security accreditation and configuration in accordance with ISM standards.
- Coordinate end-to-end releases, ensuring only successfully tested and authorized components are deployed into the live production environment.
- Manage high-priority (P1/P2) incidents within strict resolution timeframes (e.g., 4-hour resolution for P1).
- Maintain technical documentation, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD) and System Design Documents (SDD).
- Expert knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
- Deep experience with IIS and web application hosting in Windows Server environments.
- Extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Waterfall practices.
- Active AGSVA NV1 Clearance(Required for code-level access and production deployment).
- Must be able to work fulltime from Melbourne (Laverton)
