About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Helpdesk Support professional to join the Commercial Application and Delivery team. This role involves supporting and enabling users on the Salesforce platform, managing data, preparing reports, and assisting with minor enhancements. You will also participate in governance processes, incident resolution, and deployment activities. The position requires on-site work in Canberra for at least three days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days. On-call support will be required for approximately one week each month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Salesforce applications.
  • Assist with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Enable efficient workflows while ensuring compliance with government standards.
  • Participate in governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Support incident resolution and critical departmental activities.
  • Deploy changes via Azure DevOps and perform post-deployment validation.
  • Interpret Salesforce debug logs and assist with troubleshooting.
The Successful Candidate
To be considered, you will have:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce applications.
  • At least one Salesforce certification (Administrator, App Builder, or Developer).
  • Strong skills in data management, reporting, user provisioning, and process automation.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • NV1 security clearance and ability to attend the Canberra office three days per week.
Desirable:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce seasonal releases and sandbox refresh activities.
  • Familiarity with Apex and LWC for troubleshooting.
