The Siebel Developer role operates within a mature delivery environment following the successful delivery, with a focus on system stability, sustainment and continuous improvement, while continuing to deliver high-quality enhancements to department systems. This position combines hands-on technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise standards and evolving business requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience in Siebel CRM development, including configuration, workflows and integrations.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in complex, enterprise environments.
- Ability to lead technical delivery and provide practical guidance, mentoring and assurance to development teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical
- stakeholders.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement and reliable delivery outcomes.
Location and Contract Term: This role can be based in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS . Initial Contract till 31 December 2027 with 1 x 12 - month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval .
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a baseline security clearance
