About the role
You will manage and retire the infrastructure, including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure that supports digital services.
Role Responsibilities
- Work together with business users and system administrators to improve and optimise the implementation, use and management of ICT & business solutions.
- Collaborate with Department staff to diagnose and resolve operational and technical problems.
- Actively engage with staff to leverage solution expertise and contribute positively to expanding the Departments knowledge base.
- Actively participate in software configuration planning and management.
- Microsoft endpoint management and device engineering
- SOE Design, build and automation
- Identity and access management integration
- 36-month contract, with possible extension options.
- Competitive hourly rate.
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
