About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions within complex and secure environments.
In this role, you will take technical ownership across the full software development lifecycle while providing leadership and mentoring to other engineers. You will work on large-scale, mission-critical systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenging technical problems.

Role Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications and systems
  • Lead software development activities and ensure alignment with standards, tools and methodologies
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members
  • Analyse and resolve highly complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver outcomes
  • Review, improve and evaluate software strategies, designs and implementations
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, security and performance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, policies and standards
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in senior-level software engineering roles
  • Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and software design principles
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps)
  • Experience with databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Ability to lead technical delivery and influence engineering outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Security Requirements
  • Must hold or be able to obtain Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance
