The Department is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Test Specialist, Business Analyst or similar professional; to be ServiceNow Quality Specialist, with the primary aim of providing support to Program Test Manager and the build quality team in the definition and execution of Testing activities to support rapid rollout of ServiceNow business applications.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Advise Multidisciplinary Delivery Teams (MDTs) and business stakeholders on leading test & quality assurance practices in the rapid rollout of ServiceNow applications in context of Australian Government transformation programs
- Streamline the applications validation and verification (testing) approach, targeting accelerated delivery
- Define and execute Test Plans, Test Cases and testing status reporting dashboards
- Refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for staff facing business applications, and assist program business analysts with uplift of User Story definition standards
- Engage across the Program to assist build out and maintenance of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Assist the integration and automation testing team with the definition and implementation of testing suites
Location and Contract Term: This role is ACT based with Hybrid working arrangements considered . Contract till 31 December 2026 with 3 x 6 month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a baseline security clearance.
