About the Role
We are seeking a Server Engineer to provide specialist Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware Administration services to manage and maintain the Darwin based organisation’s operating system.
You will:
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments to support workload migration and ensure high availability and compliance with policies.
- Enhance security posture by applying remediation and uplift measures aligned with the agency’s organisational requirements.
- Monitor and optimise systems using vulnerability assessment, fault analysis, and performance tools; troubleshoot complex technical issues collaboratively.
- Manage server infrastructure including installation, customisation, and maintenance of Windows OS and hardware; produce detailed architecture and configuration documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams to ensure stability, resilience, and security of IT and Operational Technology environments.
- Will be have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Will have sound understanding of ITIL.
- Will already hold an active Baseline clearance.

Location: The role will be based in the NT.
Contract terms: 12 months initial contract.
Security Requirements: Current Baseline clearance required.
