About the role:
This role is more of a Senior Consultant who has experience in designing processes, services and tools etc as part of an op model transformation program.
The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships across business, technical, and executive layers to co-create value.
Required Experience:
- Lead program management activities including governance, planning and reporting.
- Participate and collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure outcomes meet strategic objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to support alignment and effective collaboration across Digital and Business.
- Strategic lead of change and adoption activities.
- Be responsible for planning, conducting, and mapping the customer and employee experience, gathering user requirements, designing and conducting user testing, and synthesizing research findings to deliver human-centered solutions that meet business goals and objectives.
- Adept at facilitating workshops, aligning diverse perspectives, and translating complex concepts into actionable strategies, ensuring all stakeholders remain invested and informed throughout the journey.
