The SharePoint Engineer will be responsible for delivering reports within SharePoint that assess the current system state, as well as integrated systems supporting project initiatives such as WNA. The role includes developing requirements for the refresh and enhancement of the SharePoint environment.
Working collaboratively within the team, the Engineer will produce evaluation reports on software data, including clear findings and recommendations. The role will also involve conducting an evaluation of candidate monitoring solutions, developing a detailed build guide for the selected solution, and delivering comprehensive As Built and As Configured documentation to support implementation and ongoing management.
Essential Criteria
Deliver High Level Design for refresh monitoring solution
- Deliver a build guide for the monitoring solution
- Deliver an As Built As Configured template for the build
- Deliver the scripts required to build the monitoring solution
- Current State and Integration Report on the SharePoint environment and integration with related
systems, including WNA
- Requirements Definition Package Documented requirements for the SharePoint refresh
- Solution Options and Evaluation Report Identification of candidate software and evaluation report with
recommendations
- Monitoring Solution Design (HLD) High Level Design for the monitoring solution
- Build and Configuration Artefacts Build guides, build scripts and As Built As Configured documentation
- Deployment Outputs Deployment report and configuration verification documentation
Location: Canberra
Work Environment: Full-time onsite
