About the role:
The SIAM Operations – ITIL Coordinator provides senior-level coordination, governance, and operational oversight across multi-vendor service environments. The role ensures service stability, operational alignment, effective supplier performance, and end-to-end service delivery management. The coordinator works across projects, operations, vendors, and architecture teams to maintain service quality, manage operational risks, and ensure compliance with ITIL and organisational governance frameworks, including support for SAP HANA and other enterprise platforms
Mandatory Requirements:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end service operations across a multi‑vendor SIAM environment.
- Lead operational governance forums, including daily operational reviews, incident reviews, and service performance meetings.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support operational readiness activities for new services and changes, including SAP HANA‑related deployments.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
- Oversee vendor service levels, performance reporting, and contract‑aligned obligations.
- Maintain service documentation, operational procedures, RACI matrices, and support models.
- Assess operational risks and dependencies across integrated platforms, including SAP HANA environments.
- Participate in planning, coordination, and handover activities for project‑driven releases and changes.
- Monitor and track remediation activities for service‑related risks, audit findings, and compliance gaps.
- Facilitate root‑cause analysis sessions and ensure implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
- Provide operational leadership and governance to ensure stable and consistent service delivery.
- Support business stakeholders with service communication, updates, and engagement activities.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives across the SIAM ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in SIAM operations, service coordination, or ITIL‑based service management roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 processes, including incident, problem, change, and service level management.
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers in a multi‑sourced environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, ideally including operational environments supporting SAP HANA.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience producing service reports, dashboards, governance packs, and operational documentation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain stability in complex service environments.
- Proven capability working in enterprise, government, or regulated industry IT environments.
- Required Australian Citizenship and Mandatory AGSVA NV1 Clearance.
Desirable Skills
- ITIL v4 Certification or SIAM Foundation/Professional certification.
- Experience supporting project delivery in SAP or large‑scale enterprise applications.
- Exposure to service transition, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
- Experience in government, defence, or critical infrastructure sectors.
