About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Siebel Admin to join a high-performing team focused on software maintenance, operational support, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining Siebel applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on Siebel support and subject matter expertise, particularly in mainframe environments.
- Perform software maintenance, including patching and upgrading Siebel applications.
- Deliver operational and technical support to application support and management teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of problem tickets, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Monitor operations, manage alerts, and tune systems for optimal performance.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions aligned with modern technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels, offering expert advice.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting, developing, and configuring Siebel COTS applications.
- Strong technical expertise in Siebel administration and mainframe environments.
- Experience in software maintenance, operational monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to provide operational and technical support and resolve complex issues.
- Must be an Australian citizen.
- Baseline security clearance recommended.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to modern technologies.
This is a contract role based in Australia, with immediate start available. You’ll play a key role in delivering robust, secure, and high-impact Siebel solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.
