About the role:
An opportunity exists for a Solution Designer to support the migration from SAS 9.4 to SAS Viya by managing DevOps pipelines, automation, and deployment frameworks across both platforms, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support the CI/CD pipelines for SAS Viya deployments.
- Design and Support SAS 9.4 batch jobs, scripts, and automation during migration.
- Automate infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with Dev, Architecture, and Ops teams for smooth cutover.
- Ensure reconciliation, validation, and governance controls in hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot DevOps pipeline issues and optimize workflows.
- Contribute to best practices and reusable DevOps patterns for SAS platforms.

What's on offer?
This contract is available for an initial 6-month term with likely extension on a long term project. Located in Sydney, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
