About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Solution Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting a major banking client.
In this role, you will design and guide end-to-end solutions across enterprise data platforms and real-time integration environments.
Working across Snowflake, Confluent, and Airflow, you will help ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards while bridging business intent and technical delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with data platforms and real-time integration frameworks
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Previous banking experience highly regarded
- Design and deliver end-to-end data and integration solutions
- Work across Snowflake, Confluent, and Airflow platforms
- Define data flows, integration patterns, and architecture models
- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are well defined
- Collaborate with data, application, and infrastructure teams
- Support environment readiness, data pipelines, and platform optimisation
- Maintain governance, documentation, and traceability
- Hands-on experience with:
- Snowflake(data modelling, performance, governance)
- Confluent(real-time streaming, event-driven architecture)
- Airflow(workflow orchestration, DAGs)
- Strong understanding of real-time and batch data integration patterns
- Experience designing enterprise data platforms and frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
