About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Architecture & Integration Engineer – ISR to support the delivery of complex mission engineering outcomes within a Defence environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and integrating ISR capabilities across system-of-systems architectures, ensuring alignment with mission needs and operational requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting ISR mission engineering activities across complex Defence programs
- Contributing to the design and development of system architectures and integration strategies
- Working across multiple stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and interoperability
- Providing engineering input into mission-level capability development and analysis
- Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end systems engineering outcomes
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in ISR mission engineering or closely related disciplines
- Strong background in systems architecture and integration within complex environments
- Ability to work across system-of-systems and contribute to mission-level capability outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- A proactive and analytical approach to solving complex engineering challenges

Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT, or Adelaide SA.
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus 2x 12 month extensions
Security Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizens with an active TSPV Clearance
