About the role
The Systems Security Specialist will support the client to integrate security considerations across design, acquisition, acceptance, and sustainment, particularly for naval vessels and maritime systems.
Role Responsibilities
- Assessment and evaluation of security threats against agreed plans and implement strategies to achieve project outcomes.
- Initiating resolution of security issues by identifying and developing solutions through analysis of alternative courses of action and their implications.
- Tertiary qualifications in either Engineering (Electrical, Software or related discipline), Cyber Security or Information security or Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Demonstrated long term relevant experience in systems security, cyber security or security engineering roles

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.
