The end client is a large enterprise operating complex Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms that support critical business processes. This role is focused on managed application support, platform optimisation, and operational excellence, with ongoing enhancements driven by real business demand rather than pure transformation.
About the Role
Data Technical Business Analyst with Bigdata Skills and strong expertise in Data Products, Data profiling, Data Lineage, and Data Classification concepts, and, in-depth data understanding, and technical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- In depth Data Analysis and Requirement gathering.
- Preparing mapping and BRD documents. This requires Data Lineage and Data Profiling knowledge.
- Understanding Data Transformation logics applicable in the Data flow. This requires strong knowledge on Data Lake and basic knowledge on Big data skills.
- Supporting Data Modeler in preparing Logical and Physical Data Models. This requires knowledge on data modelling concepts and Data Products understanding
- Effective communication with the stakeholders
- Should be across the Data Governance process
Required Skills & Experience
- Very good understanding on Data Products, Data Mapping and Transformation, Data profiling, Data Lineage Data Modelling and Data Classification Concepts
- Desired Attributes and Skills:
- Data Technical Analyst
- Basics Data Modelling skills ( e.g. SCD type 1 , type 2 tables, Different types of models and databases).
- Good skills on SQL, and Basic understanding on Azure Synapse and Big Data Skills, Banking domain experience
