About the role:
This is a Senior BA role in the Tools and QEP stream of the TSP53 (Enterprise Testing Uplift) project which supports the client’s initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tools and Quality Engineering Platform (QEP) stream which consists of 4 squads – Test Tools, QEP, Test Automation and AI Test Agents.
- Work on delivery of test tools and the Quality Engineering Platform.
- Assess requirements to embed solutions/capabilities that meet business needs and realise benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
- Comply with the group governance processes, to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role in delivery and that the required decision making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve the required outcome.
- Assist with development and implementation of appropriate operating model and processes.
- Monitor and report to the Delivery Lead on status of delivery, risks, issues and progress towards milestones, deliverables and benefits.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes, such as the Transformation Policy,
- Transformation Portfolio Standard (TPS) and Transformation Delivery Standard (TDS) and IT Key Controls.
- Deliver outcomes adhering to the TDS RASCI to deploy and embed solutions/capabilities across the organisation.
- Assist with approach, project plan and change management processes to enable roll out of changes to Asset Lifecycle Management and DevOps capabilities.
- Work with 2LOD and BCM to ensure solutions/capabilities and control frameworks align to Enterprise standards.
Required Experience:
- An extended track record of successful technology delivery in large enterprise level initiatives
- Experience within projects / programs - 10+ years
- Working in a large and complex organisation – 5+ years
- Experience in Financial Services / banking - 5+ years
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
