Join a major program as the Test & Evaluation (T&E) subject matter expert, driving technical integrity and performance outcomes across a complex capability environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on depth, structure, and influence—setting the benchmark for T&E excellence.
About the Role
As the project’s T&E specialist, you will lead the design, execution, and governance of Test & Evaluation activities across the full system life-cycle. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, you will shape technical decisions, manage high‑stakes T&E processes, and ensure the program meets rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead T&E planning, execution, and governance across the system life-cycle.
- Exercise Delegated Technical Authority to ensure technical integrity.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality engineering documentation compliant with organisation policy and standards.
- Provide expert T&E advice to support capability decisions, risk assessment, and system performance.
- Coordinate verification & validation activities and analyse complex data to deliver evidence‑based insights.
- Engage with industry stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity and integrated outcomes.
- Mentor team members and enhance organisational T&E maturity.
A highly capable engineer with deep T&E expertise and strong stakeholder influence. You’re comfortable navigating complex Defence environments, applying structured engineering judgement, and delivering clarity under pressure. Curiosity, critical thinking, precision, and disciplined execution define your approach.
