TIBCO Developer – Integration & Migration

Our client is a leading organisation driving transformation in enterprise integration services. This role is pivotal in migrating and optimising TIBCO platforms to support business innovation.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer to lead the migration of integration services from TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.14 to TIBCO Cloud Edition (CE). You’ll analyse, design, and implement equivalent services, ensuring functional parity and performance optimisation throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse existing Flow Integration Services on TIBCO BW 5.14.
• Design and implement equivalent services on TIBCO CE.
• Ensure functional parity and optimise performance during migration.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to validate migrated services.
• Investigate and resolve defects on both platforms.
• Provide technical support during UAT and production deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth transition.
• Create technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO Cloud Edition.
• Strong background in integration service migration and optimisation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Effective communicator with experience in documentation and knowledge transfer.
