About the End Client

The end client is a major organisation undergoing a significant multi‑year digital transformation program. This role plays a critical part in translating technical design outputs into clear, meaningful user experiences that support both immediate project objectives and broader transformation goals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CX/UX Consultant to bring complex technical designs to life through compelling, intuitive, user‑centred experience artefacts. Working closely with SAP functional teams, technical architects, and change specialists, you will transform solution design documentation into visually cohesive experience flows, ensuring the intended user experience is clear, consistent, and strategically aligned.

This is a high‑impact role requiring strong visualisation capability and the ability to simplify complex enterprise concepts for broad business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review UX Strategy, SAP Fiori configuration designs, and other solution design artefacts.
  • Translate technical documentation into clear, visual representations of the end‑to‑end user experience.
  • Create personas, user journey maps, experience flows, interface sketches, wireframes, and conceptual UX models.
  • Validate that experience design aligns with future transformation phases and long‑term organisational objectives.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience across programs.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and change teams to maintain accuracy and alignment.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in UX/CX design within complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert technical solution designs into engaging, user‑friendly visual outputs.
  • Ability to simplify complex process flows for non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori design principles and enterprise UX frameworks.
  • Proven ability to produce high‑quality UX artefacts (journey maps, wireframes, experience flows).
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
  • Comfortable working independently within defined project periods.
