About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workflow Developer to design, build, and support workflow‑driven solutions within a SAP NextGen technical environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality workflow automation, system integration, and process optimisation initiatives that support enterprise transformation outcomes.
You will work closely with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure workflow solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and strategic direction.
Mandatory
- Australian Citizenship with mandatory AGSVA Baseline Clearance
- NV1 Clearance preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions aligned to SAP NextGen technologies
- Configure and optimise workflow automation and integrations across enterprise systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical workflow solutions
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure compliance with technical standards
- Support end‑to‑end delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimisation
- Provide technical documentation, support, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with security, data, and integration teams to ensure robust and compliant solutions
- Ensure workflows meet performance, reliability, and security requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing workflows within SAP or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, integration patterns, and system design
- Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder technical environments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- SAP BTP Workflow Services, SAP Build Process Automation, or SAP NextGen tools
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience with API‑based integration, event‑driven design, or microservices
- Background working in secure government or regulated environments
