Expanding Whizdom’s leadership as we approach twenty years in business

Whizdom is proud to welcome Deepa Bargur as the State Manager for the ACT. Her appointment marks an important step in strengthening Whizdom’s presence in Canberra as we continue to support the region’s evolving technology and workforce landscape.

Deepa brings more than 15 years of experience in ICT recruitment and a deep understanding of the ACT’s government and private sector environments. But what makes her arrival especially meaningful is the way her values align with Whizdom’s focus on people, partnership and long term success.

Throughout her career, Deepa has built strong relationships across the Canberra market by taking the time to understand the needs of both clients and candidates. She is known for her steady leadership style, thoughtful approach and ability to bring teams together around shared goals. Her experience gives her a clear perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the ACT workforce, from shifting project requirements to the ongoing demand for specialised and security cleared talent.

In her new role, Deepa will lead Whizdom’s ACT team and continue to develop partnerships that support capability growth across the region. She is focused on maintaining the high standards Whizdom is known for while exploring new ways to deliver value to clients and candidates.
