Kay Eriksson is the Chief Operating Officer at Whizdom and a member of our Executive leadership team, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Executive leadership team, helping to guide and direct Whizdom towards achieving its strategic goals. As the Chief Operating Officer, Kay is responsible for driving operational excellence, growth, and strategic direction, brand advocacy, and company culture across Whizdom.
Kay brings with her 20 years of experience in operational roles within the recruitment industry. Her extensive experience mentoring and managing high-performing Operations, Systems, Bid Management, Human Resources, and Marketing teams has cumulated into the valued experience that supports business development strategies aimed at delivering strong, sustainable business growth for Whizdom.
Kay was impressed by Whizdom based on their strong relationships with its employees. When she's not working, Kay enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and exploring new places, and taking time out to relax by doing yoga. Kay divides her time between Canberra and Sydney, but she loves the beach most of all.
