Whizdom Role - Natalie has been engaged with Whizdom since 2010 and has been working as Operations Manager since January 2017. Natalie works closely with John and is responsible for finance and administrative functions within Whizdom. She also manages and maintains Whizdom’s Talent Engagement Standard in Quality, Recruitment and Privacy, ensuring that Whizdom maintains a high level of best practice within business operations. Natalie is a certified APSCo Australia Recruitment Professional.

Experience - Prior to working for Whizdom, Natalie worked in Connecticut USA for the American Institute for Foreign Study as an Operations Coordinator, where she gained valuable experience in recruitment and account management.

Why Whizdom - I started at Whizdom when my children were only 4 and 6, and also back when Whizdom consisted of 3 staff. It was a great option to get back into the workforce in a company that offered a real opportunity for meaningful work and a flexible work environment. My role in Whizdom has changed over the years from Account Manager to Operations Manager, and I really enjoy being involved in the growth and changes that are occurring. One of John’s sayings is he wants Whizdom to be someone’s last job…..careful what you wish for John…..

Social and Wellbeing - When Natalie logs off her Whizdom laptop, she loves to be behind the lens of her camera taking photos of the world. Natalie is better known within the Whizdom team as the Oracle (fountain of knowledge)
