Our government client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Parramatta, NSW.
Skills and Experience to succeed in this role:
The role provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of the most capable staff for a wide range of roles and comply with NSW Government legislation ensuring proactive, client focused, capability-based recruitment services, contemporary recruitment solutions and strategies and advice across the cluster.
Skills and Experience:
Initial 3-month contract with likely extensions.
Security Requirements: Applicants must undergo a National Police Check.

- Guide workforce resourcing initiatives with expertise and modern strategies.
- Collaborate for continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
- Build key relationships with employees, candidates, and external partners.
- Manage talent pools and guide managers in candidate assessment.
- Develop reporting tools for recruitment insights and process enhancement.
