Our government client is currently seeking a Business Analyst – (Supply and Demand Analyst) to join their team in Canberra.
Classification: APS 6
Security Clearance: Baseline
Contract Length: Up to 12 months (37.5 hour weeks)
Closing Date: 5pm - Friday 5th January 2024
Our client is looking for a data/business analyst to analyse trends to match with supply across the range of suppliers to meet the clients allocation principles for these products. The allocation principles govern the clients contract management activities to deliver a managed flow between domestic and imported Ig; maintain security of supply; optimise average prices and value for money; and accommodate contractual obligations for minimum and maximum volumes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop effective forecast models based on trends and demand patterns.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Provide advice to decisions makers on supply decisions which are informed by robust data analysis.
