The Successful Candidate
- Strong coordination, facilitation, engagement, and documentation skills (e.g., Executive Summaries, Requirements, Backlog Management)
- Ability to support non-technical delivery activities
- Close collaboration with business teams to understand and document business processes
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist various groups
- Proficiency in MS Word and other standard office applications
- Experience in infrastructure and COTS application upgrade projects
- Ability to support solution testing when required.
- Familiarity with Operational Technology systems such as SCADA
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Functional understanding of Power Transmission and Distribution
- Experience in customer-facing and multi-vendor environments
- Consulting background
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
