Skills and Experience:
- Apply specialist skills for key projects.
- Initiate, define, and deliver BA artefacts.
- Take ownership of BA responsibilities.
- Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Perform and coordinate elicitation of requirements.
- Analyze business impacts and validate solutions.
- Mentor team members for in-house BA skills.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Plan and execute operational transition based on impact analysis.
- Collaborate to define business needs and create action plans.
- Assess the current state and recommend improvements.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis for cross-functional understanding.
- Facilitate communication across business units.
- Prepare, review, and contribute to clear requirement documentation.
- Support user acceptance testing.
- Support change manager in developing change artefacts.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies.
- Feature definition documents.
- Business requirements documents and impact assessments.
- Gap analysis documents and strategy papers.
- Process flow diagrams, user stories.
