Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Act as a key liaison between the Organisational Change Manager and various business areas, ensuring clear communication and understanding of change initiatives.
- Help translate high-level change strategies into actionable steps that teams can implement in their daily operations.
- Provide hands-on support to staff as they adjust to new processes and tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the department becoming a trusted advisor for change-related issues.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide guidance on adopting new processes and technologies.
