Seeking a Change Manager to work with technical and business stakeholders to identify change management needs associated with delivery of Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution from feature development through to production.

• Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholders;
• Completing Change Impact assessments;
• Working with relevant areas to create and lead execution of change management plans including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan;
• Integrating change management activities into the overall project plan;
• Evaluating and ensuring stakeholder readiness for change;
• Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress

Skills and Experience Required:
- Have highly developed interpersonal skills. Able to facilitate and promote effective interactions with clients’ peers and internal stakeholder
- Have the ability to identify and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Have a comprehensive strategic knowledge, preferably with deep understanding of the organisation's operational business or able to quickly learn how the work of the business lines contributes to business outcomes
- Strong writing and communications skills are essential
- Experience developing training plans
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills to achieve agreed outcomes, while being adaptable and flexible, and able to deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrated strong skills in pursuing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and clients to build professional networks
- Demonstrated sound proficiency in conducting research and data analysis, and is able to translate and present technical and complex information appropriately
- Demonstrated strong change management skills and sound experience while bringing order to complex situations and maintaining focus on the programme's objectives
- Proven experience in areas such as process analysis, benefits identification, modelling and analysis and business continuity management
- Able to work independently, be accountable and take responsibility for own work
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Change Manager and/ or qualifications in Change Management
Nice-to-have skills and experience:
- Experience with federal government and financial/banking sector projects
- Awareness of or experience in Agile/Lean delivery methodology would be advantageous or certification in relevant agile methodology
Sydney based
Contract Term -12 Months Contract with 12 Month extension options.
Security Requirements- Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A Baseline security clearance is desirable or the ability to obtain.
