The Technical Team Lead will marshal a team of motivated Cloud Applications and Cloud Infrastructure Developers supporting a next-generation analytics platform that is designed to meet the needs of intelligence organisations.
This position requires the management of application and system support, including managing system enhancements, changes, upgrades and patches, incidents, deasand unplanned outages.

Major Responsibilities:
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.
Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra. 24-month contract.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Skills and Knowledge required:
- Experience in building web applications with modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS, including web application frameworks, libraries and build tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory.
- Possess good working knowledge of HTTP and experience consuming RESTful services, including basic Linux skills.
- Experience in DevOps technology like Docker, Kubernetes and Ansible.
- Experience in NoSQL database technologies such as Elastic and MongoDB.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of developers. Work with developers and stakeholders in feature development, enhancement and system sustainment and support.
- Manage Service Delivery functions in accordance with the ITIL framework
- Conduct test automation with tools such as Selenium and Locust
- Manage sustainment tasks, resolve system defects, alert management of critical risks and issues.
