Our client is seeking a Cloud Engineer who will enable and support the department team to deliver the project system. This role will work across the enterprise and closely within the branch to deliver an automated, robust and secure platform.

Contract term: 12 months.
Extension Option: 2x 12 month period.
Security Requirements: Must hold an NV1 Security Clearance.

Essential criteria
- Minimum 3 years’ experience designing, documenting, and implementing cloud-based architectures for large, complex enterprise systems.
- Strong documentation skills, including documenting technical specifications, standard operating procedures and build and configuration guides.
- Demonstrated experience working in AWS and Azure Secure Cloud environments.
- Expertise in diverse technical skills across infrastructure, networks, security and applications.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware/vSphere Virtualization
- Knowledge and experience with automated workflows/pipelines
- Exposure to Agile / SCRUM environments and ability to lead agile teams
- Good understanding of high availability and resilient environments
