About the role:
Under the general direction of the Team Leader:
- Work accurately and manage conflicting tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Provide high level customer service, over the phone, or in writing.
- Carryout general administrative functions such as data entry, scanning, indexing, searching of databases, opening and distribution of mail.
- Assist the team to achieve outcomes through designated programs and maintaining statutory obligations under legislation.
- Maintain records in accordance with the Territory Records Act 2002.
- Contribute to Revenue Management Group operations and perform other duties as directed.
- Model a flexible and responsive approach to broader organisational changes.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability to process work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated customer service and quality assurance skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills in a fast paced / high pressure environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence.
- Understanding of public service values covering ethical standards and a demonstrated self‑awareness, professionalism and a proven commitment to the ongoing integration of workplace respect, equity and diversity work practices and workplace health and safety principles and practices.
