Working closely with customers, you will drive service improvement opportunities, as well as liaise with internal teams to provide support that goes above and beyond their expectations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Building highly effective relationships and rapport with customers, going beyond their expectations resulting in retention of business
- Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvements for individual customers
- Education of customers on operational contact points and processes
- Be the point of escalation for major incidents
- Identify new or potential sales opportunities
- Produce contractual reports and related analysis highlighting service performance against SLA's
- Build and manage relationships within the business to evolve solution offerings, drive program governance, build customer advocacy and generate a positive customer experience
- Own the overall service management governance for your customer
