Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring for both Functional and Technical Dynamics 365 CE Consultants. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules)
- Can run workshops and lead solution design
- Are comfortable navigating complex situations
- Bring solid stakeholder management skills
- Think critically and proactively
- Have a consulting mindset and focus on delivering outcomes
- Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution design
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs
- Proficient in customising and extending D365 CE using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines is desirable
- Background in delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments
- Must be based in Australia with full working rights
- Travel may be required depending on project needs
- Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
