About the role:
We are seeking a Filenet Developer with strong experience in IBM FileNet CPE, Case Manager, and related technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of content management systems, workflows, and integrations, supporting Westpac Banking Corporation’s digital transformation goals.

About the role:
We are seeking a Filenet Developer with strong experience in IBM FileNet CPE, Case Manager, and related technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of content management systems, workflows, and integrations, supporting Westpac Banking Corporation’s digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions using IBM FileNet CPE 5.5.x, IBM Case Manager 5.3.3, Records Manager, and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
- Build custom plugins using ICN, Dojo, JavaScript, and Java/J2EE.
- Design and implement workflows and case management solutions.
- Work with Spring Framework and Maven for application development.
- Develop SQL scripts for relational databases (DDL, DML, stored procedures, functions).
- Collaborate with teams on cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) integration.
- Support daily engineering tasks and contribute to system enhancements.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM FileNet development.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Maven.
- Experience with ICN custom plugin development and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of workflow and case management design.
- SQL scripting for relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with IBM Datacap and Records Manager.
- Understanding of enterprise content management architecture.
