About the role:
We are seeking a ForgeRock IAM Engineer to join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Solution (EIAMS) team. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM capabilities, with a focus on ForgeRock technologies. The role includes stakeholder engagement, platform optimisation, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a 6-month contract role, fully remote within Australia, commencing as soon as available. You’ll contribute to a high-impact IAM program supporting secure access across enterprise systems.

We are seeking a ForgeRock IAM Engineer to join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Solution (EIAMS) team. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM capabilities, with a focus on ForgeRock technologies. The role includes stakeholder engagement, platform optimisation, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions aligned with security standards.
- Enhance IAM platforms for scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Support incident resolution, maintenance, and release activities.
- Implement security controls including MFA, SSO, and mobile authentication.
- Develop automation and integrations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in after-hours on-call support as required.
- 2+ years with ForgeRock (PingIDM, PingAM, PingDS); ForgeOps experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of IAM customisation and development lifecycle.
- Background in software development with source control discipline.
- Proficiency in identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WS-Trust).
- Experience improving IAM systems against evolving threats.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
