We are seeking an experienced ODM Developer to join a forward-thinking team working on innovative processes and contemporary technologies. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining decision services using IBM ODM, supporting agile delivery, and contributing to strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a contract role based in Canberra, ACT commencing as soon as available. You’ll work on high-impact decision automation projects within a secure government environment, with access to training and development resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program code using IBM ODM to meet system and business requirements.
- Test, debug, and resolve faults in decision services within established protocols.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Analyse and evaluate system program needs and propose enhancements.
- Provide technical advice and contribute to software design strategies and cost evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work effectively in an agile team environment.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on IBM ODM.
- Strong skills in rule authoring, debugging, and optimisation.
- Experience in technical documentation and operational support.
- Ability to analyse system needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Australian Citizenship.
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
