The ROBUST Program is seeking a talented, capable and experienced PMO (Program Management Office) Team Manager with significant program office and delivery experience. The successful candidate will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for the efficient operations and compliance of PMO services within the ROBUST Program.
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who has refined their skills across major programs. This will include experience in both PMO and program management roles. You will show initiative, possess excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and will have a fine eye for quality and detail.
Leveraging their broad experience, the candidate will take a pragmatic approach as they take ownership of the ROBUST Delivery Framework and Program Management Plan.
The candidate will utilise their effective communication and engagement skills to develop productive working relationships both internal and external to the ROBUST Program. They will be confident in their ability to deliver work within an amorphous and rapidly changing environment. Key to this role will be supporting and mentoring the clients delivery partners through implementation, therefore a continual improvement and change management mind set is highly desirable.
The candidate will join a well-established and high performing team consisting of dedicated specialists in governance, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, scheduling, quality management and tools development. The candidate will be required to provide day-to-day leadership and management of PMO team members.
This role will join the team as the ROBUST Program progresses into its execution phase. the successful candidate will have a track record of effectively working with multiple stakeholders exhibiting excellent listening and communication skills in complex and fast-paced environments.
The candidate's experience could have been gained in management consulting, project/program management and/or running a Project Management Office in a complex organisation. Exposure to large projects and strong influencing skills are essential.

Contract Term - Till end of June Contract. with 24 months extension options
