Salesforce LWC Developer
Overview:
The LWC Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Salesforce. The candidate will work independently on requirements, which will be provided by a project management tool such as JIRA and will be responsible for building solutions from start to finish. Daily tasks will include interpreting business needs, writing clean and efficient code, integrating Salesforce with external systems where necessary, and deploying solutions using source control and CI/CD pipelines.

This role will require 2 days at the closest client site/s (there are offices in major capital cities and some regional hubs).

- Sales Cloud certification; Service Cloud certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2
- Salesforce Javascript Developer 1
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and salesforce Communities.
- Take ownership of JIRA tasks and manage the full development lifecycle – from requirement analysis to solution deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Perform deployment using CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration.
- Ensure the codebase is maintained in a clean and structured manner using version control.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Contribute to project success by delivering high-quality solutions on time.
The Successful Candidate:
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and its application in building dynamic LWC components.
- Experienced in OOP, frameworks & design patterns.
- Experienced in integration (REST APIs, Platform Events).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently by analyzing JIRA requirements and delivering solutions end-to-end.
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms.
- Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Communities and omnistudio preferred.
