We are seeking a highly experienced SAP TMS Functional Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing requirements, resolving issues, and guiding customers through SAP adoption and integration across complex landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a contract role based in Melbourne, commencing as soon as available. You’ll work on a high-impact SAP logistics transformation project with opportunities to lead client engagements and solution delivery.

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP TMS Functional Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing requirements, resolving issues, and guiding customers through SAP adoption and integration across complex landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on SAP TMS solutions aligned with business needs.
- Guide project management, solution adoption, and change management.
- Consult on end-to-end processes and functional capabilities.
- Support implementation cycles and troubleshoot system issues.
- Design and configure SAP TMS functionalities and integrations.
- Manage client requirements and implement changes to resolve issues.
- Serve as a client-facing expert in SAP systems and offerings.
- 15+ years in SAP TMS consulting.
- Proven track record in requirement management and issue resolution.
- Strong knowledge of SAP TMS and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- SAP TMS certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP EWM and logistics modules.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
